Guest Blogging For Siliconera.com @ the Los Angeles Game Conference
For the past two days, I attended the Los Angeles Game Conference, covering the event for our good friends at Siliconera. I had a lot of fun. There were discussions on current gaming trends, how kids don’t know a band unless they’re in Guitar Hero, and 4G Wirless is coming, so now you’ll be able to stream high quality porn video games porn right onto your iPhone.
Here are two blogs I wrote at “the con”:
The Most Anticipated Games of 2009 (As Backed Up By Market Data)
Video Game Reviews Aren’t That Important
Also, I won a raffle and got a $50 iTunes Gift Card. Thanks, life! What should I spend it on? Looking for new music especially. Bands I currently enjoy: Ben Folds, The New Pornographers, Beck, They Might Be Giants, Outkast, YMCK…

Good reporting! Informative!
Also, it’s a fact your playlist hasn’t changed since 2005 (though, YMCK has a new album, have that?)
Hey you’re in LA! Walk up near a taco stand and ask a hipster.

Hexen – I see where you’re going with this. I’m gonna buy some Aaron Carter.
Amanda – Thank you! I learned stuff so others don’t have to.
True Fact: Music was better in 2005. Now it’s 4 years later and we don’t know what to believe in anymore. I do have the new YMCK album, BTW, and it’s terrific. It’s harder-edged and blippier.
